Happy Body Slow Brain

Happy Body Slow Brain is a progressive R&B/Rock or self-described "GrooveRock" band from New York, NY and San Jose, CA. The band features Matthew Fazzi (ex-guitarist/back-up vocalist of Taking Back Sunday and multi-instrumentalist in Facing New York). Fazzi is also currently a member of the Brooklyn-based indie-rock band, A Great Big Pile of Leaves.〔http://www.last.fm/music/Happy+Body+Slow+Brain/+wiki?ver=2〕
Their self-released debut record, ''Dreams of Water'', recorded with producer Marc Jacob Hudson (Two Tongues, Saves the Day), was released September 21, 2010, and received favorable reviews from critics.〔http://www.dailyernebraskan.com/article/happy-body-slow-brain-dreams-of-water-review〕 Followed by the ''Sleepy EP'' (featuring B-Sides and Acoustic Tracks) which was digitally released in summer of 2012. They are currently working on a means to release their 2nd full-length album which is set to be released before the end of 2014.
The band has been praised for meshing different musical styles to create a unique, rhythmic and atmospheric sound.
